Ashlee Bradshaw, MA, LMHC, CSPC, NCC

Sports Counselor, Mental Performance Coach
Ashlee (Lupfer) Bradshaw graduated from Carroll College in 2010 with her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling from Gonzaga University in 2013. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, Certified Sports Psychology Coach, and is also certified in Mindfulness Based
Therapies. For the last seven years, Ashlee has been specializing in mental health counseling for athletes, as well as mental performance coaching, and has helped thousands of athletes across all levels of competition. Ashlee’s knowledge base of mental health, in combo with her collegiate volleyball experience, coaching history, and leadership abilities provide a unique background
and framework to facilitate change in athletes of all levels.
Brandon Davis, M.S., CMPC
Mental Performance Coach
Brandon is a Certified Mental Performance Coach (CMPC) with extensive experience in the sport and fitness world. Brandon is a former collegiate dual sport athlete (basketball & baseball) and professional basketball player. Brandon has also worn many hats on his road to being here today. With his time as a basketball coach at the high school and NCAA D2 ranks, personal training and health coaching. As a CMPC Brandon has worked with athletes and teams across the sporting world, including basketball, golf, baseball, softball, volleyball, hockey, soccer, track/XC and more. His clients include athletes at youth, high school, collegiate and professional levels. Wherever you find yourself in your career or domain you come from, Brandon can help you grow to trusting your work.
Sara Milliron, MA, LMFTA, CSPC

Sara Milliron is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master's
degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, both earned from Whitworth University. Sara possesses a deep understanding of the
complexities of human relationships and emotional well-being.
Sara's background in sports sets her apart. She was a standout college softball player at Whitworth for four years. Her passion for sports extends into coaching, as she currently coaches travel ball softball in Spokane, WA.
Sara's coaching experience, coupled with her psychological expertise, uniquely positions her to assist athletes in achieving peak performance and optimal mental health. Her dedication to helping individuals navigate the intricate intersection of sports, relationships, and mental well-being makes her a valuable asset in the field of sports psychology and therapy.
